Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum which means 'The Sealed Nectar' is a biography of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. It is a beautifully written and considered one of the most authentic of his biographies in English. It covers the span of Arabia pre-Islam through the entire life of Muhammad, peace be upon him. Of wonderful resource is the many explanations of 'Asbaab An-Nuzool' - the circumstances and reasons of revelation for particular verses of the Quran. Written by by Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarakpuri, this book offers hours of insightful and spirit warming reading.
