`Abdullah bin `Amr (may Allah be pleased with them) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
The world is but a relish and the best relish of the world is a pious woman.

- The hadith exhorts Muslims to choose righteous wives because they are the reason for happiness in this world and they are an aid to men in worshiping Allah.
- Among the benefits that one can gather from choosing good woman is the security one feels towards his offspring, property and family reputation.
