The furor over Ground Zero Mosque has long been extinguished, but a group of conservatives refused to drop the issue. A new film titled “Ground Zero Mosque: 911 Second Wave of Attacks” ready to be launched at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), and hopes to restore the Islamic cultural center Park51 down spotlight. Two groups who wrote the film, Stop the Islamization of America (SIOA) and American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI), described it as a documentary.
“Ground Zero Masjid issue a change in our efforts to raise awareness and eventually stop and roll back the progress of Islamic law and Islamic supremasism in America,” said director AFDI / SOIA Pamela Geller.
She continued, “This is the first documentary that tells the whole truth about the Masjid Ground Zero. Prepare to be shocked. The film mask robs the enemy media and the role of envy that they play in promoting and propagating the objectives of the American enemy.”
The project received wide attention in May 2010 when a community council to consider the construction. Geller and fellow conservative blogger Robert Spencer’s call center as a mosque Ground Zero, which sparked national controversy. The priest behind the cultural center, Feisal Abdul Rauf, gives advice on investigating U.S. counterterrorism issues in 2003. He is also active in interfaith cooperation initiatives Aspen Institute, encourage a more substantial dialogue between Christians, Muslims, and Jews.
