Danish Boycott in Saudi Arabia extends to the largest stores

Danish products have been removed yesterday from another two leading retailers in Saudi Arabia as a reaction for the offense by Danish newspaper lately and not accepting to even apologies from the millions of Muslims around the world.

Panda is the largest supermarket retailers with more than 100 mega stores around the country. “Panda has decided to go with what it matters to Saudi people” one consumer has said.

Al-Raya is another powerful retailer in the western part of Saudi Arabia has removed all Arla products and other Danish based goods from its stores around the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. “I have listened to the Friday speech today, and I will remove all the products even if I were to lose money”, Al-Raya managing director said.

The above two stores are not the only two that have stopped even showing Danish products of their shelves, many leading retailers have stopped during the past few weeks to offer Danish based products.
